Midwest Manufacturing operates a 24/7 production facility with a critical access hatch that dozens of workers use daily. Their previous pneumatic system was unreliable in extreme weather and required constant maintenance. We designed a custom dual-motor panel with hardened limit switches, wireless remote capability, and a rugged NEMA 4 enclosure that could withstand the harsh industrial environment.
