Skyline Commercial Properties wanted motorized window panels that could safely open large sections of their lobby, requiring coordination with the building's HVAC and safety systems. We engineered a single-motor control panel with building management system integration, weather sensor inputs, and visual status indicators. The system automatically closes windows during high winds or rain while providing occupants with clear status and manual override options.
